Your locker at the hub, and everything it can do.
Boxyhub runs hubs of smart lockers. Rent one by the month or the year and keep your things there, have parcels delivered straight into it, or pick up something a vendor left in one — all opened with a PIN or a link on your phone.

What a locker is for
One door, four different reasons to use it. A locker only ever holds one of these at a time.
Store your things
Rent a locker in the size you need and keep it as long as you like. Open it as often as you want — from the portal, or by scanning the code on the door.
Get parcels delivered
Couriers drop packages into lockers at the hub. If the parcel is addressed to a locker you already rent, it lands inside and your usual PIN opens it — no extra step, no waiting in for a delivery.
Buy from the hub
Vendors stock lockers with things to sell. Browse a hub's market, pay, and the door holding your item unlocks for you with a single-use link.
Borrow and bring back
Some listings are rentals rather than sales: pay the price and a deposit, take the item out, and drop it back in the locker before it's due.
Renting a locker, step by step
-
1
Pick a hub
Hubs show up on a map — filter by city or postal code. Each one lists how many lockers are free right now, and in which sizes.
-
2
Choose a locker and a plan
Pick the exact door you want from the hub's grid. Price follows the locker's size and whether you're paying monthly or yearly; you pay by card, and the locker is held for you while you check out.
-
3
Set a PIN, keep the link
Your rental page has an open button, a PIN you choose, and a QR code for the door. Scanning that code opens a page that asks only for the PIN — which is how anyone you trust can get in without a Boxyhub account.
-
4
Use it, and see it
Hub hardware reports each door's open/closed state back as it changes, so your locker page tells you whether it actually shut behind you.
Sell out of a locker
Claim a locker at a hub, list what's inside it, and let Boxyhub handle the buyer's payment and their access to that one door. Your dashboard tracks sales and anything still out on loan. Already renting a locker? You can stock the one you have instead of taking a second.
Open the vendor areaDeliver to a hub
Couriers register parcels over the Boxyhub API and assign one to a locker at the moment of drop-off — the door opens for the driver, and the recipient gets the way in. API keys are issued per courier by the Boxyhub team.
Ask about accessGood to know
- Can someone else open my locker?
- Yes — share the QR link and the PIN, and they need nothing else. If you'd rather they didn't any more, rotate the link and the old one stops working.
- What if a parcel comes and I don't rent a locker?
- It goes into a free locker of its own and you get a single-use pickup link. Leave it too long and the link expires — the parcel goes back to the courier and the locker is freed.
- How do I stop paying?
- Cancel from your rental page. The locker stays yours until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you can undo the cancellation until then.
- Can two things share one locker?
- Never by accident. A locker has at most one occupant, so a rented door can't be handed to a delivery or a vendor behind your back. The one exception is deliberate: parcels for you, and stock you sell yourself, can go into a locker you already rent.
